Welcome Reception

We warmly invite all participants to the Welcome Reception, taking place on the first day of the conference, Tuesday, 25 November 2025, at the Omnia Conference Venue.

This informal gathering is a great opportunity to unwind after the day’s sessions, meet fellow attendees, and connect with colleagues over drinks and light refreshments. The reception is complimentary and open to all registered participants.

There's no need to register separately, simply join us and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming start to the conference. We look forward to seeing you there!

Conference dinner

We’re happy to invite all participants to the official Conference Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 18:00 at the charming and rustic De Beekdalhoeve. Located in a beautiful rural setting, the venue offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and connecting after a full day of engaging discussions.

The evening will feature a delicious meal and a special highlight - a surprise guest speaker who will offer fresh insights into our shared themes around food systems and microbiomes.

Secure your spot by booking online through the conference registration system (login required). You can also purchase additional tickets for accompanying persons through the same system. Please note that places for the dinner are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
